Versatile, durable and easy to use, the PC-1000 is a must for any commercial fitness setting. Quadruple cabling system, computerized sensors and automatic locking mechanisms eliminate the need to unrack and rerack the bar. No spotting rods, sliding tracks or any other user-employed locking devices are needed - locking action is instant and automatic.

Touch-sensor technology allows for true free weight use without restricting bars or tracks. An embedded touch sensor in the barbell controls the locking and unlocking mechanism. Operation is as easy as Grab & Go®! To unlock the barbell, simply 'Grab' it and raise 1" to release, then 'Go' with your workout. The barbell remains completely free as long as your fingers maintain contact with the barbell. Opening one or both hands automatically locks the barbell in place. It’s that simple! Grab & Go® operation means no more unracking or reracking the barbell. Unique side-to-side ratcheting feature provides easy placement of the barbell, allowing for quick changes of both users and exercises.

The PC-1000 features a streamlined, heavy-duty frame and can be optioned with a choice of affixed bench. Bench choices include either a military-to-incline bench with drop-away headrest (PCB-M10) or a flat to decline bench with foam leg holders (PCB-F10). Benches are sturdy and have one-handle adjustment for quick and easy positioning. Included instructional placard illustrates step-by-step operating instructions.

The PC-1000 can be used for virtually any free-weight exercise. Exercises such as squat, split-squat, calf raises, bicep curls and upright rows can be performed without a bench. Add a bench and the PC-1000 becomes a fixed station unit enabling many different upper body exercises such as flat, incline or decline bench press, military press and tricep curls.

Made with heavy-gauge steel with steel plate reinforcements, the PC-1000 is durable and sturdy, easy to assemble and maintain. Vinyl-coated aircraft cables glide flawlessly over sealed-bearing cables. Moving parts are fully encased in meshed screen panels.
