I am interested in the ProSpot Fusion Home Gym range. How long has it been around and what can you tell me about its origin? Based in Norcross, Ga., ProSpot Fitness was founded in 1998, after several years of product development and testing. ProSpot Fitness is cooperatively owned by, among others, NFL player Travis Hall of the Atlanta Falcons and former wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs, J. J. Birden. From day one ProSpot Grab & Go technology was envisioned to be an all in one solution that would provide a level of quality and free-weight function not seen before in the Home and Commercial Gym Equipment market. What started out as a very remarkable design has continued to evolve and now offers an overwhelming array of exercises not found on any competing gym equipment in the world What is the difference between the ProSpot Fusion Home Use and ProSpot Commercial Use Fitness equipment? The ProSpot Fusion home gym range features many more exercises and variations than the ProSpot Commercial Grab & Go Technology such as seated leg press (high and low), assisted pull-ups, counter balance system, cable cross over, low and high cables etc. How long does it take to build each ProSpot Fusion? It takes around 150 man hours to make each ProSpot Machine by hand. On average it will take around 1-2 hours to assemble your ProSpot Fusion home gym.

Assembly

How hard is it to assemble the ProSpot Fusion? The ProSpot Fusion range is partially assembled at the factory so most of the detail work has already been assembled. All the tools you need to assemble the ProSpot Fusion is a socked set and screw driver set. How long will it take to assemble the ProSpot Fusion? On average it will take around 1-2 hours to assemble your ProSpot Fusion home gym. Do you offer ProSpot set-up for an additional fee? Yes, please contact us for costing and to check if we have a certified installer in your area. Also please check our dealers page to find a retailer in your area. What is the minimum size of room I can place the ProSpot Fusion in? The ProSpot Fusion will fit in any corner and will require around 2x2m of space on average. Of course, the bigger the room is, the better.

Ordering & Purchasing

How and where can I purchase a ProSpot Fusion home gym? The ProSpot fusion can purchased direct from ProSpot Fusion/Certified Importers Ltd and Authorized Dealers. Please click here to find a dealer near you. Only authorized dealers who meet the highest customer service and quality control standards are allowed to carry the ProSpot products. Please contact us for more information or click here to find a dealer in your state. Where can I see a ProSpot Fusion home gym and try it out? Please visit our dealers area to find a retailer in your state, you can call them and arrange for a demo. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cash and business/personal cheques. Orders paid by cheques require three additional days to process. The majority of online & retail stores will accept the same payment listed above. Do you offer a payment plan? Yes we do offer payment plans, depending on your package we have plans to suit you. From only $6 a day we can help. Please call us and we will help you figure out a financial arrangement that will work for you. What kind of warranties do your products come with? The ProSpot Fitness range carries a lifetime warranty on the frame, 2 years on cables & pulleys.

Delivery

What is the cost of delivery? This varies from product to product and also depends on promotions. We will always try to offer you the best delivery price we can. ProSpot Fitness has gone to great lengths to reduce delivery costs to the absolute lowest possible. How long does it take from the time I order to the time the ProSpot Fusion is delivered to my house? A. We ask that customers allow 7 to 10 working days in Australia and New Zealand (Unless told otherwise by staff or exclusive dealers). What should I expect when my ProSpot Fusion arrives? A. Normal delivery is curbside. The ProSpot arrives carefully packed into a number of reinforced boxes. Options may be attached to the top of this crate. Inside the crate you will find written instructions. What should I do if there is apparent damage to the shipping boxes that the ProSpot Fusion comes in? Every box is inspected before it leaves one of our warehouses to ensure that it leaves in excellent condition. If it arrives to your door damaged, then the freight company has mishandled the product during transit and you should carefully survey the damage with the driver. Note any damage on the consignment before signing it, if the damage is not too severe. We can replace any damaged or lost part. If possible, take pictures of the damage for evidence in case a claim is necessary. If the damage is severe then you should refuse the delivery and we will send you a new machine.
