ProSpot is far ahead of its time...I've used a power rack for almost as long as I can remember and I feel that the HG6 is safer and more user friendly for the shoulder joints, you also don't have to stop to make adjustments to the pins...it is better than a smith machine because theirs is a guided path of motion.
